On Wildlife and environmental education

Environmental and wildlife educatiion is the key to the success of the game ranch and wildlife industry. Environmental education is crucial in creating a good knowledge foundation to enable future game ranch managers, wildlife and habitat consultants as well as a field guide for a big five game reserve.

The wildlife industry can be very difficult to enter into as everyone is looking for a field guide and game ranchers with experience which is high in demand. The first step to work in the wildlife industry is to become educated in the workings of nature. Wildlife and environmental education will give you the advantage over the rest as I have never heard of to many knowledge just of not enough.
There is many institutions that provide wildlife and environmental education, care full consideration needs to be taken when choosing your future educators. When looking for a wildlife educating institution you need to ask you self the following questions.

  1. What do I want to do in the industry? Game ranch management, Game reserve manager, Game capturing, Wildlife consultancy, hunting, field guide or even research !
  2. Do need a diploma, degree, masters or even a doctorate to achieve the above question.
  3. Which institution can offer me what I need? If it I want to be a Consultant I would need at least a masters degree so you would then need to attend game ranch management course at University
  4. How much time do you have to get established
  5. The accreditation of the institution where you want study
  6. Will you need to complete extra courses to achieve your goal
  7. Can you do the lifestyle?
